Over my thirty-seven year career related to insurance, I have functioned as a multi-line insurance adjuster, claims attorney, regional claims manager, corporate and claims attorney, and a contracted insurance attorney. Included within all these positions was arbitration involvement in every aspect from intra-insurance arbitration, to property issues, UM/UIM claims, contracts, disputes and federal multi-peril crop arbitration.

As counsel, I have assisted in the creation of insurance companies, drafted dozens of policies and endorsements, created claims associations, taught “Associate in Claims courses”, CPCU courses related to legal issues, and spoken to numerous continuing education classes. In addition, I have litigated hundreds of insurance related law suits.
